The problem

Managing SEO for multiple clients with tools built for a single site

Most audit tools are designed for one-off use on a single site. For an agency tracking ten, twenty, or thirty client sites at once, that quickly turns into audits launched manually one after another, regressions discovered too late — by the client before you — and reports rebuilt by hand for every monthly check-in.

The goal here isn't to sell you yet another general-purpose tool, but to centralize what takes the most time: ongoing monitoring and alerting, so you only dig into the details when something actually deserves your attention.

The details

What changes day to day for an agency

Multi-site dashboard

All your client sites tracked in one place, with their latest score, history, and next scheduled audit.

Exportable reports

Every audit can be exported as a PDF, ready to send straight to a client or fold into your own monthly reporting.

Automatic re-audits

Every tracked site is re-scanned automatically every week, with no manual action required from you.

Regression alerts

Expiring certificate, site gone down, dropping score: you're notified before the client notices.

Keywords allocated freely

150 tracked keywords to split however you like across your client sites, based on each one's priorities.

Predictable per-site cost

Unlike suites billed per seat, the Agency plan stays at a fixed price no matter how many sites you track, up to 30.

In practice

Three steps to onboard a new client

1

Add the site to your account

A URL is all it takes — no need for access to the client's back office to start tracking.

2

Tracking sets itself up automatically

Weekly re-audits, keywords added based on the client's priorities, alerts enabled by default.

3

Export a report for your client check-in

A detailed PDF, ready to share, with no manual rebuilding.

Budget

One subscription for your whole client base

The Agency plan (€29/month) covers up to 30 tracked sites and 150 keywords in total — under €1 per tracked site per month. A one-off audit stays free at any time, no account needed, if you just want to demonstrate the value of your work to a prospect before signing them.

Agency questions

Frequently asked questions

Can I manage all my client sites from one account?

Yes, the Agency plan lets you track up to 30 sites from a single dashboard, each with its own history and keywords.

Is there a white-label option for reports?

Not at the moment: exported PDF reports carry the SeoForge brand. It's something we're considering, but it isn't available today — we'd rather be upfront about that than leave it vague.

How are the 150 keywords split across my sites?

Freely: you add keywords site by site, based on each client's priorities, up to the plan's total quota.

Can I try it before committing to multiple sites?

Yes, the one-off audit stays free and account-free for any site — useful for evaluating the tool before moving your entire client portfolio over.
